Your Pilates’ is hosting classes at St Catherine’s Park.

Monday evenings 6:45 pm

Classes are run by Jen Benson, a Fitness and Pilates Instructor.

All classes should be pre-booked, as we work on a maximum number for the room, to give everyone plenty of space.

Mats will be provided, however please feel free to bring your own if you have one.

Price: Everyone’s first class is Free of Charge

And classes are £7 each from then on.

 

What is Pilates?

The Pilates method of training is based on the original works of German born Joseph Pilates who designed a series of exercises that used both physical and mental techniques to condition the body.

Modern Pilates has been developed by physiotherapists and fitness experts, and classes aim to rebalance the body by improving posture, muscle tone, flexibility and core stability. The slow and controlled approach to exercise that Pilates adopts can also help to relieve stress and tension, help with back problems and assist in injury rehabilitation and improve body awareness.
