Whilst enjoying a coffee and cake in our café, visitors can access information via iPads and other materials, with advice and support on hand from our trained advisors, who are available Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

Working in this way, we’re able to help people affected by life-shortening conditions sooner, and continue our relationship with patients who have been discharged from formal services.

Our aim is to help people help themselves and each other to live better and more independently with a life-shortening condition.

The Mill can help with:

  • Advice on physical and emotional health and well-being
  • Sign-posting to other organisations, groups and services who can offer further support (you can also see below for some useful links)
  • A friendly face to chat things over with
