Free practical, legal and wellbeing advice for when you need it most

The Living Well Hub is a free monthly drop-in offering advice and information to all, held on the first Wednesday of the month, 10am-11.30am, upstairs at The Mill cafe.

Open to all, it provides a chance to speak with local experts and professionals such as solicitors and Citizens Advice, covering issues such as legal, financial, wills, benefits and more.

You can also access wellbeing tips, general advice around palliative and end of life care and support, information about local support groups including bereavement support, practical ideas for managing breathlessness, fatigue, and stress, and techniques for improved sleep and relaxation.

You can also access a range of online resources on the St Catherine’s Hospice website, for carers and anyone in the community, and for people with life-shortening illnesses and their loved ones.

If you’re unable to attend the drop-ins in person, you can either email or call the Compassionate Communities team in advance: communities@stcatherines.co.uk / 01772 629171
